Our team
Mohsen Khalilian brings more than 40 years of construction experience spanning commercial and residential projects. He began his career as an electrician, building a practical understanding of the trades that continues to inform his work today. His experience connects the details of individual building systems with the demands of the overall project, bringing a seasoned perspective to construction planning, coordination, and the work that turns plans into finished spaces.
Dane Rogers brings a background in mechanical engineering, project management, and operational leadership. His experience spans capital projects, quality management, reliability, and regulatory compliance in utility and manufacturing environments. A graduate of Oklahoma State University and a military veteran, Dane pairs technical knowledge with clear communication and practical problem solving. He has led teams across disciplines, improved complex processes, and coordinated resources to deliver safe, efficient, and dependable results.
